Yuri is a fantastic guy. He made everything to ensure we had a great time in Florence. They have a 24h coffe and tea machine for free. We got great advices on what to do while in Florence. The breakfast is a good plus that made the experience much more convenient for us. The hotel is close enought to the main attractions so you can visit walking, but far enought that you don't hear noises from the main areas.
