Yuri is a fantastic guy. He made everything to ensure we had a great time in Florence. They have a 24h coffe and tea machine for free. We got great advices on what to do while in Florence. The breakfast is a good plus that made the experience much more convenient for us. The hotel is close enought to the main attractions so you can visit walking, but far enought that you don't hear noises from the main areas.

VERY helpful and friendly staff. Always willing to offer help. The manager even offered to look after some of my excess luggage when I moved to another location . . . which was very wise. And the pizzeria that is next door to this location is very good!

IT is an old hotel on the second floor of the old house. Needs in my opinion a bit of renovation. Great place to go on some walks in Firenze. Just In Old part of Town. Helpfull personel. Just as it is for a resonable PRICE
